About you and this role
As a Compensation & Benefits /Total Rewards Specialist within HR, based in Mumbai, India you enable a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional service delivery and subject matter consultation. You help manage, implement, and deliver Total Rewards solutions across multiple countries in the EMEAI region.
You bring working knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures, plus general business understanding gained through education and experience. You communicate clearly, ask questions to confirm understanding, and apply established procedures to analyze issues and resolve problems. You are accountable for your assigned contributions (with no direct supervisory responsibility), meet deadlines using standard practices, and continuously look for ways to improve how work gets done.
