Your
missions :

Base Pay Compensation
- Conduct salary surveys and market analyses (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) to ensure Ceva Animal Health's competitive positioning in the region, LATAM countries;
- Perform job evaluation and grading using the Hay methodology (IPE - International Position Evaluation), in accordance with the global standard adopted by Ceva;
- Support annual salary review processes (merit cycle), promotions, and internal equity adjustments;
- Analyze and propose salary band structures for LATAM countries (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru), based on the Hay profiles of each position;
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation in each country across the region.

Variable Compensation and Sales Incentives
- Manage and calculate variable compensation programs (annual bonus, profit-sharing) for the entire eligible population;
- Structure, implement, and administer sales incentive programs for the Sales Force (representatives, territory managers, regional managers, and other commercial profiles), including:
1.Definition of commercial metrics and KPIs (sales volume, market share, product mix, target achievement by product line);
2.Calculation and processing of short-term incentive payments;
3.Analysis of accelerators, decelerators, and payment triggers;
4.Development of communications and explanatory materials on incentive plans for commercial teams;
5.Monitoring of program effectiveness and proposal of continuous improvements in partnership with Sales and Finance teams;
6.Ensuring legal and tax compliance of incentive programs in each LATAM country.

Benefits

- Conduct benefits benchmarking and propose improvements aligned with market trends and employee needs;
- Manage contracts and relationships with benefits providers and brokers, monitoring SLAs, costs, and service quality;
- Lead annual policy and contract renewal processes, negotiating terms and adjustments;
- Support wellbeing and quality-of-life initiatives integrated into the Total Rewards strategy.

Fleet Management
- Administer Ceva Animal Health LATAM's vehicle fleet policy, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and local legislation;
- Manage the full fleet lifecycle, including vehicle acquisition, renewal, maintenance, and decommissioning;
- Control and monitor fleet costs (fuel, maintenance, fines), preparing periodic reports for leadership;
- Manage relationships with fleet suppliers, negotiating contracts and commercial terms;
- Ensure compliance with vehicle eligibility policies by hierarchical level (Hay grade), in alignment with the total compensation structure;
- Support fleet management across LATAM countries, adapting policies to local realities and legislation;
- Monitor fleet utilization and efficiency indicators, proposing optimization and cost-reduction actions.

Analytics & Projects
- Prepare management reports and dashboards on compensation, benefits, and fleet to support decision-making (headcount cost, personnel budget, projections);
- Participate in regional and global Total Rewards projects, ensuring local implementation of corporate guidelines;
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems,;
- Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs and business leaders, providing guidance on compensation and Total Rewards policies.

Your
profile :

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
- Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits in multinational companies;
- Experience with commercial incentive programs and sales force management;
- Experience with structuring and management of sales incentive programs (commissions, commercial bonuses, accelerators);
- Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and working knowledge of labor laws in other LATAM countries;
- Calculation and management of variable compensation programs;
- Advanced Excel / Power BI;
- English: Advanced (required – communication with global teams)
- Spanish: Intermediate (highly desirable - LATAM operations)
