
We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Iberia HR team, supporting Spain and Portugal within a dynamic, international environment.
This role sits at the core of our reward governance and people strategy, ensuring our compensation and benefits frameworks are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with both local market realities and broader European standards.
You will act as a key advisor in Iberia for compensation cycles, pay equity, benefits strategy, and reward analytics, working in close partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and our European Reward team.
With a dual reporting line to the HR Director Iberia and the Senior Director Compensation & Benefits EMEA, you'll gain valuable international exposure while helping deliver fair, competitive and data-driven reward practices across the region.
In this position, you will contribute to the design, governance, and execution of our reward agenda across Iberia, with exposure to both operational delivery and strategic decision-making.

Your work will contribute to shaping how we attract, retain, and reward talent across Spain and Portugal, with increasing relevance in the context of evolving EU pay transparency regulations.
Fluent Spanish and English required.
Portuguese is an advantage, but not required.
