π― Your Mission:
Reporting to the Group VP People Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping and deploying SAURβs global Compensation & Benefits strategy, across our international scope.
You will ensure that our practices are fair, competitive, and compliant, while partnering closely with local HR teams to deliver impactful and consistent reward solutions.
π€ Key responsibilities:
π Design and manage compensation frameworks and salary structures within Saur International.
π Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews.
π Lead annual salary and bonus processes in coordination with HR and Finance.
π€ Oversee benefits programs and vendor management.
π Support international mobility and expatriation planning, and related adjustments.
π Data analysis, reports, and dashboards to senior management.
βοΈ Ensure local compliance while aligning global consistency.
π Facilitate training and guidance on rewards, job evaluation, and equity.
π Contribute to policy updates based on legislative changes or market trends.
π» Contribute for Workday deployment and ongoing management.
π€ Your profile:
β 5β10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within multinational environments, in specialist or individual contributor roles.
β Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or a related field.
β Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and benchmarks.
β Solid understanding of global reward practices and mobility frameworks.
β Experience with HRIS and data tools.
β Experience with Workday (preferable).
β Fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are valued).
β Professional certifications (e.g. WorldatWork, CIPD) is a plus.
