Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Location: Tacloban - HQ, PH

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits professional to administer employee benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws, process mandatory remittances, maintain records, and respond to employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and overall administration.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Maintains and updates employee records pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Processes billings, reimbursements, and government-mandated benefits such as sickness and maternity claims including monthly mandatory remittances
• Responds to employee inquiries and resolves concerns regarding compensation and benefits.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Relevant work experience in human resources, specifically in compensation & benefits.
• Understanding of labor laws and and compliance issues related to compensation and benefits.
• Experience in processing billings, reimbursements, and government claims (e.g., sickness and maternity benefits).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, Data analysis using excel is crucial.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee concerns and coordinating with external partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
