Responsibilities

We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager to help shape, govern, and continuously develop our global compensation and benefits landscape. In this highly visible role, you will own key global compensation frameworks, including salary structures, the annual salary review process, company bonus calculations, incentive offerings, and pay transparency initiatives.

You will partner closely with our CHRO, HR Business Partners, Finance, Employer Branding, and business leaders worldwide to ensure our compensation and benefits practices remain competitive, fair, scalable, data-driven, and aligned with TeamViewer’s business objectives. If you enjoy working with data, designing practical reward solutions, influencing strategic decisions, and continuously improving global people programs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

  • Global Salary Structures & Compensation Strategy: Own the design, governance, maintenance, and continuous development of global salary structures and compensation frameworks, leveraging market benchmarks and analytics to support informed, consistent, and scalable decision-making.

  • Pay Transparency & Gender Pay Gap: Drive initiatives related to pay transparency and gender pay gap analysis, ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices while supporting regulatory compliance.

  • Annual Compensation Review: Lead the annual salary review process globally, including planning, budgeting support, governance, communication, and execution.

  • Incentive Design & Reward Offerings: Develop and enhance incentive and reward offerings in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Employer Branding, ensuring they support business needs, talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement.

  • Company Bonus: Manage company bonus calculations and support the administration of short-term incentive programs with accuracy, consistency, and transparency.

  • Compensation Analytics & Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses for senior management, Finance, and HR stakeholders to support strategic workforce and compensation decisions.

  • Communication, Change Management & Total Rewards Positioning: Develop and implement communication strategies and materials related to compensation, benefits, and reward offerings, partnering with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition to strengthen the positioning of TeamViewer’s total rewards offering for employees and candidates.

  • Project Management: Support and lead compensation-related projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives within the broader HR organization.

  • Benefits & Broader Total Rewards: Support the review, harmonization, and continuous improvement of benefits and broader total rewards offerings across countries, ensuring alignment with market practice, employee needs, and business priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to the CHRO, HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, Finance, and other key stakeholders globally.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation & benefit processes, reporting, and governance structures.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Several years of relevant professional experience (typically 5+ years) in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Controlling, or a comparable analytical HR function.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits, broader total rewards, global salary structures, salary benchmarking, incentive design, and market practices.

  • Experience managing annual compensation review cycles and bonus processes in an international environment.

  • Knowledge of pay transparency, equal pay, and gender pay gap topics is highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong affinity for data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with HRIS, compensation planning, and reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

  • Experience translating compensation and total rewards offerings into clear, engaging communication for employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders is an advantage.

  • Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
