We are seeking aSenior Compensation Analyst to join our global HR team. This individual will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and executing compensation programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Excel models for compensation planning, headcount tracking, and quarterly projections.
  • Run market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to keep our pay positioning competitive.
  • Own the annual compensation cycle — merit, promotions, and pay structure updates — end to end.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation accruals, forecasting, and spend reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis and flag trends before they become problems.
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership on salary costs, headcount, and market trends.
  • Work with HRBPs and business leaders as a go-to resource on compensation questions.
  • Help managers understand our pay frameworks and make better compensation decisions.
  • Over time, expand into benefits program management and payroll governance if that's a direction you want to grow.

What You'll Need

  • +5 years of relevant work experience in a compensation role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of compensation principles and practices across US and Europe.
  • Experience working in aglobal or multi-country HR setup.
  • Good understanding of benefits programs and willingness to build deeper expertise across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and vendor management.
  • Exposure to HR systems or compensation tools.
