Compensation & Benefits Manager 薪酬绩效经理HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1.Compensation Structure Design
Develop competitive compensation frameworks aligned with company strategy and industry benchmarks (e.g., AI/3D modeling talent markets), ensuring talent attraction and retention through regular market surveys.
2.Performance & Incentive Management
Collaborate with business units to design performance evaluation systems, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term R&D breakthroughs. Administer employee equity/option plans (e.g., vesting, exercise processes).
3.Benefits Optimization
Design culture-fit benefits programs (e.g., flexible work models, tech-specific perks). Oversee statutory benefits compliance (social insurance, commercial insurance).
4.Data-Driven Decision Making
Build compensation analytics models to assess workforce cost efficiency, supporting hiring plans for fundraising/expansion phases. Partner with Finance on payroll budgeting and cost control.
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support recruiting HRBPs in compensation negotiations for top-tier talent (e.g., 3D ML researchers, graphics engineers). Address employee queries on C&B matters to enhance satisfaction.

2、绩效与激励管理:配合业务团队设计人员的绩效考核方案,平衡短期产出与长期技术突破,管理员工股权/期权计划,处理行权、归属等流程;
3、福利体系优化:设计符合公司文化的福利方案,管理五险一金、商业保险等合规性事务;
4、数据驱动决策:建立薪酬数据分析模型,评估人力成本效率,支持融资或扩张阶段的用人规划,配合财务团队完成薪酬预算及成本管控;
5、跨团队协作:与招聘HRBP协作,为高端人才提供薪酬谈判支持,解答员工薪酬福利问题,提升员工满意度。Qualifications1.5 years of C&B experience, preferably in tech/Internet companies. Familiarity with AI, computer graphics, or game engine talent markets is a plus.
2.Expertise in compensation methodologies (e.g., broadbanding, job evaluation) and equity incentive operations (e.g., VIE-structured option plans).
3.Proficient in compensation tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford) and advanced Excel/Sheets modeling. Data-savvy to diagnose organizational issues (e.g., turnover drivers linked to pay disparities).
4.Adaptable to startup agility with strong learning ability.
