We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to act as a trusted advisor for our clients, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits solutions using our C&B product. This is a client-facing, consultative role combining deep subject-matter expertise with strong analytical and communication skills.
Advise clients on end-to-end Compensation & Benefits solutions using our C&B product, including benchmarking, pay structures, incentives, and benefits.
Support clients in annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, pay reviews).
Analyze market data and client inputs to deliver data-driven reward recommendations.
Support the design and implementation of short- and long-term incentive plans for our clients.
Guide clients on job architecture, role frameworks, job evaluation, and pay range design.
Ensure alignment with local labor regulations and reward best practices.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to promote our product, while collaborating closely with the development team to build and implement the product.
Deliver insights, reports, and executive-level presentations to all stakeholders.
Engage in professional events, including conferences and webinars, to promote product knowledge and expertise
Requirements
6–7 years of experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)
Experience with HR technology or C&B systems.
Ability to contribute subject-matter expertise to marketing and thought-leadership initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation review cycles.
Solid understanding of incentive plans, rewards frameworks, and benefits programs.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets; BI tools are a plus.
Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements in a global environment.
