As the Compensation & Benefits Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring competitive compensation for our talented workforce. Your efforts will contribute to the advancement of our employees' careers and help create a meaningful work environment where they can thrive.

What will you be doing:

  • Lead the charge in driving rewards and operational excellence, ensuring that all programs and initiatives align with our standards and the organization's overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Rewards Managers across the Zone to share best practices and develop a compelling future vision in alignment with the overall Rewards strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team, acting as a center of expertise in rewards related topics and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that meet the needs of our workforce in alignment with our culture.
  • Take charge of managing various aspects of compensation and benefits processes. From local benefits to overseeing bonuses, allowances, and communications – you'll be at the helm.
  • Increase awareness of our total compensation package among employees by leading communication campaigns.
  • Be in charge of continuous improvement and identifying automation opportunities for your scope.
  • Vendor relationships are important, and you'll be responsible for managing them effectively, ensuring service levels are maintained while keeping costs under control.

What you'll bring:

  • Fluency in English; Czech language would be highly advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rewards, compensation or benefits
  • We need someone who can navigate through data with ease and make sound business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must!
  • Juggling multiple projects is second nature to you. With your exceptional project management skills, you can handle it all.
  • Communication is key, and you excel in it. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred, as it will give you an edge.
  • Fast-paced and dynamic environments don't scare you. In fact, you thrive in them! Your ability to work on your own and manage priorities is vital to succeed in this role.
