Location: Papendrecht, Netherlands
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Advisor with a background in maritime services, preferably within the offshore sector. The focus of this role is to structure, optimize, and implement international compensation and benefits frameworks for marine crew members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement international compensation & benefits structures for marine crew.
Harmonize employment conditions across multiple countries and contract types.
Optimize and maintain job grading and salary structures.
Ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer of C&B frameworks and guidelines.
Advise HR stakeholders on compensation & benefits topics.
Support development and maintenance of C&B policies and procedures.
Act as a super user for HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Support annual HR cycles, reporting, and data analysis.
Monitor market and regulatory developments and translate into C&B policies.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within international organizations.
Experience in maritime and/or offshore environments is required.
Strong knowledge of job evaluation, salary structures, and employment conditions.
Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
Knowledge of international labor law and social security.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Office proficiency.
Additional Requirements
Availability for the full duration of the assignment.
Willingness to work on-site at least three days per week.
