The Mission:

We are looking for a high-impact senior individual contributor to architect and oversee our global compensation, rewards, and performance ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering a scalable, market-leading remuneration strategy that aligns talent incentives with our broader business objectives across all international territories.

The Role:

  • Total Rewards Strategy & Design

    • Orchestrate a comprehensive global rewards philosophy tailored to diverse employee groups and regional markets.

    • Maintain a competitive edge by leading continuous market intelligence projects, including salary surveys and peer benchmarking.

    • Build integrated pay structures, bonus models, and incentive frameworks that drive organizational success.

    • Standardize international compensation protocols to ensure transparency, internal equity, and legal compliance.

  • Performance Architecture

    • Construct and refine evaluation frameworks that create a clear, data-backed link between individual contributions and financial rewards.

    • Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs and executive leadership to ensure performance standards are adopted and applied consistently.

    • Establish objective calibration methodologies and success metrics to guarantee fair and measurable talent assessments.

  • Infrastructural Execution

    • Develop the essential toolsets, documentation, and metrics required to run a world-class compensation and performance function.

    • Oversee and execute technical adjustments, annual merit reviews, and variable pay distributions.

    • Ensure all reward processes are built for scale, maintaining efficiency during periods of rapid organizational expansion.

  • Governance & Advanced Analytics

    • Leverage data to steer executive decision-making, analyzing pay parity, performance distribution, and market positioning.

    • Uphold rigorous governance standards across all reward and evaluation workflows.

    • Provide the leadership team with actionable insights and financial modeling based on quantitative research.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Seniority: Extensive background in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within a high-growth multinational landscape.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep fluency in salary grading, pay ratios, short and long-term incentives, and equity management.

  • Performance Expertise: Demonstrated success in building or managing modern performance evaluation systems.

  • Analytical Precision: Expert-level command of Excel and proficiency with modern HRIS ecosystems.

  • Strategic Autonomy: Ability to operate as an independent expert while fostering strong collaborative ties with business leaders.

  • Architectural Mindset: A natural ability to build foundations from scratch, bringing clarity and standardization to complex environments.
