Join our team as a

Compensation and HR controlling Specialist

Are you interested in HR data, reporting and compensation processes?

In this role, you'll support the maintenance of HR dashboards and contribute to HR controlling and Compensation activities in a collaborative, international environment.

We count on you for these activities:

• Individually drives the headcount, paycost process in cooperation with C&B head.
• Support efficient HR controlling and reporting processes by maintaining existing reports and HR dashboards, including FTE tracking, monthly closing activities in cooperation with Finance, and plan-vs-actual variance analyses.
• Prepare compensation reports and analyses to support HR and management decision-making.
• Maintain pay gap reports in the dedicated tool in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, ensuring a deep understanding of the reporting logic and requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing HR and regional initiatives by providing data, reporting and administrative support.
• Participating in job evaluations and compensation surveys (Korn Ferry, Mercer), conduct regular benchmarking, and support salary review processes to maintain market competitiveness.
• Continuously monitor and integrate HR best practices and emerging market trends.

You will need these skills for successful work:

• University/College degree preferably in Economics / Finance/HR
• At least 3+ years of experience in multinational business environment, with a strong focus on (HR) controlling and/or compensation.
• Experience in budgeting planning
• Advanced level Excel knowledge, and experience in database analysis, Power BI and integrated IT systems (preferably SAP)
• Intermediate level English knowledge (verbal and written)
• Excellent analytical/synthetizing and numeric skills
• Good interpersonal skills, cooperative attitude
