Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Process and monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Prepare and update employee compensation and benefits records
  • Assist in payroll data preparation related to allowances, deductions, and benefits
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation
  • Coordinate with government agencies and benefits providers when needed
  • Support annual benefits enrollment and updates
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least1 year of experiencein compensation and benefits or HR administration
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR systems
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
