BangkokThe Compensation & Benefits Analyst supports key Total Rewards processes, including annual salary reviews, incentive program administration, job evaluation, and market benchmarking. The role ensures accurate data management, conducts compensation analyses, and provides insights to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness. Additionally, the position contributes to Total Rewards projects such as pay structure updates, benefits enhancements, and system implementations to strengthen overall reward effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Salary Review & Incentive Support
Support the annual salary review cycle by preparing data, validating employee information, and assisting with merit and bonus calculations.
Support design and administration of incentive programs (sales incentives, variable pay, recognition).
2. Job Evaluation & Position Management
Assist in job evaluation using consultingframeworksor internal methodologies. Maintain job descriptions and position structures to ensure alignment and consistency.
3. Market Benchmarking & Analytics
Conduct compensation surveys, benchmark analysis, and prepare reports on market competitiveness. Analyze data to identify trends, pay gaps, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate C&B data within HR systems
Participate in Total Rewards projects such as pay structure redesign, benefits enhancement, or new system implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.
- Experience with salary review cycles, benefits administration, or HR reporting.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is an advantage.
- Understanding of compensation structures, benchmarking, and benefits programs.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and data management skills.
- Good communication and customer service mindset.
