Responsibilities

Execute and support compensation policies and programs in Europe & LAC RegionConduct market benchmarking and analyze external salary survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay positioningReview salary survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the dataSupport job evaluation and grading activities using established frameworksPrepare internal pay analyses, modeling, and scenario simulations to support compensation decisionsConducts internal equity analysis and makes recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practicesSupport annual compensation processes – Year End review, Primo Investment budgeting processAudit compensation and benefits data in Workday on a regular basisPrepare standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and insightsSupport training and guidance for HR teams on compensation policies, processes, and toolsRespond to ad‑hoc compensation and benefits queries with accuracy and discretionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and accuracy of C&B processesParticipate in regional and global Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives as requiredSkills2-4 years' experience as a compensation analyst requiredKnowledge of compensation principles, programs, practicesAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects at onceAbility to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretionStrong problem-solvingAbility to work in a fast-paced changing environment and be able to establish new path and processesAbility to work with all levels within an organization in matrixed environmentDemonstrate high proficiency in excel advanced functions, word and power point; powerBI or other data analytical tools knowledge is an advantageWorking knowledge of the Compensation module on Workday and Mercer WinExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English required
