The Opportunity
As Appian accelerates its international expansion, modernizing our equity architecture and total rewards framework is critical. As Compensation Analyst III, you will act as a core global partner based out of our Chennai tech hub. You won't just analyze data; you will shape global pay equity initiatives, architect scalable equity management structures, and directly manage equity plan administration using E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley This role offers a unique opportunity to build scalable compensation frameworks in a fast-paced environment backed by enterprise-grade stability.
