As a Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to People leaders and business stakeholders on compensation strategy, programs, and pay decisions. You will leverage market data, internal pay insights, and business context to provide thoughtful, data-driven recommendations that support attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
You will partner closely with HRBPs, Talent, Finance, and business leaders to deliver compensation programs, including annual pay reviews, promotions, incentives, and other reward initiatives. You will also help ensure our compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, consistent, and aligned with our broader talent and business strategy.
You will be part of the People team and report directly to the Manager, Compensation. This role will sit in NYC and be 3 days in the office.

Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

For bonus-eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
