Key Responsibilities
Compensation Planning & Execution: Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs; manage job evaluations, leveling, pay-grade assignments, and position reviews.
Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Analyze internal pay equity and external market surveys to design competitive, data-driven compensation structures.
Analytics & Reporting: Build compensation dashboards, data models, and executive metrics to guide organizational pay strategy and compliance.
Data Integrity & Operations: Maintain Workday compensation records with total accuracy and discretion; author SOPs, training materials, and employee FAQs.
Business Partnership: Consult with HR Business Partners and leaders across business units (including Solar) on wage laws, pay policies, and internal equity.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics within a Workday-enabled environment Construction or energy industry experience is a plus.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Workday proficiency.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, thorough knowledge of compensation principles/wage laws, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data discreetly.
