As a Compensation Analyst, you will support compensation initiatives related to job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, survey participation, and overall compensation analysis. In this role, you will be assigned a client area and provide compensation support for Talent Acquisition and HR Services, including job description reviews, creation and changes, and inactivation requests. You will support broader Caregiver Office initiatives, market analysis for job families, market adjustments, and the merit process, while collaborating with and providing support to peer compensation team members as needed. This position helps develop and maintain consistent and equitable pay programs, ensures compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and supports the organization’s ability to remain competitive within relevant labor markets.

A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

To be considered for this position, candidates must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Participate in third party external market surveys.

  • Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.

  • Run reports from various HR systems to audit data to provide general information to support general compensation process or initiatives.

  • Assist in various compensation-related requests, including reclassification/promotional adjustments and new hire salary offers beyond established guidelines and equity submissions; supplemental compensation requests.

  • Support Compensation Team in day-to-day assignments or projects.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

  • OR five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience

  • One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Healthcare compensation experience

  • Experience with market benchmarking analysis software

  • Comfortable working with technology and systems

  • Strong MS Excel skills

  • Experience using Workday

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system and, in some locations, off-site.
