Evaluation:

• Administers job description process: Reviews job evaluation requests for new or revised job descriptions to determine appropriate job leveling and FLSA exemption status. Utilizes job evaluation criteria and available salary market data.
• Reviews job description content, evaluation questionnaires and job equity guidelines to ensure evaluation methodology and criteria are applied consistently and objectively.
• Reviews the job qualification requirements to ensure appropriate alignment with comparable jobs and to meet legal and compliance considerations.
• Maintains documentation and related attributes in database

1. Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range $59,000 - $116,000

Note Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range

Support and assist with the design, development and administration of our corporate compensation philosophy, strategy, and employee salary administration programs. Administers the job description process to include evaluating submitted documents and determining appropriate job leveling. Conduct research and analysis to determine HMSA's competitive market position regarding our total compensation package. Work with key business partners to consult on job design and compensation strategies.
