  • Analyzes and maintains various types of compensation data to support informed decision-making. Participates in compensation surveys, conducts job analysis, evaluates roles through market pricing and internal comparisons, and prepares and analyzes survey outputs to identify trends and insights.

  • Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation processes and programs, including incentive accruals, merit budgets, long-term incentive plans, and salary range development. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across compensation activities.

  • Works closely with Compensation Managers and partners with Finance to support cost modelling, budget tracking, and alignment of compensation recommendations with financial constraints and workforce planning objectives.

  • Contributes to the preparation of presentations and stakeholder materials, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. Supports the development of communication materials for managers and employees to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2–5 years of relevant compensation or analytical experience, operating with guidance from more senior team members.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of advanced math/statistics, financial analysis or related skills/knowledge

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Compensation or Human Resources experience

    Demonstrates a solid understanding of core reward principles (market pricing, benchmarking, pay positioning), applying these with guidance.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Works effectively with Compensation Managers, HR partners, and Finance to deliver timely and accurate outputs.

  • Communication
    Translates complex data into clear, structured outputs (e.g., presentations, summaries) tailored to stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support market pricing and benchmarking activities using external survey data

  • Prepare and analyze compensation datasets (e.g., merit, bonus, LTI, salary ranges)

  • Assist in cost modelling and budget tracking for compensation cycles

  • Validate and maintain compensation data, ensuring consistency across systems and outputs

  • Contribute to compensation review processes (e.g., merit/incentive cycles)

  • Prepare standard reports, dashboards, and presentation materials

  • Support responses to internal queries on compensation processes and data
