Job Description

The Compensation Analyst will support Fujifilm North America Corporation (FNAC), Fujifilm Canada (FCAN) & Other Companies as assigned on their Sales Incentive Plans including administration and analysis. Advises management on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate commission payouts for multiple divisions within FUJIFILM North America Corporation, FUJIFILM Canada and other FUJIFILM companies by reviewing sales data, commission plan rules, and approved adjustments. Ensure that all commission payments comply with established policies and are processed in a timely manner. Collaborate with sales management and/or sales operations to resolve discrepancies and verify payout accuracy before final approval.
  • Resolve questions, and provide clear and detailed explanations regarding commission calculations, payment schedules, plan rules, and eligibility. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address complex or escalated issues and ensure positive participant experiences.
  • Ensure the commission system database is accurate and up-to-date by performing regular audits, data cleansing, and updating participant information, sales records, and commission plan parameters.
  • Develop and produce detailed reports as requested by management or other departments to provide insights on commission payouts, plan performance, participant activity, and sales trends. Utilize commission software tools to extract and analyze data.
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities or special projects assigned by management, which may include cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, compliance audits, system upgrades, or participation in internal committees. Demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to contribute to the overall success of the commission administration team.

Required Skills/Education

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, or similar with experience in calculation of commission or variable payments and administration of designed programs.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of and ability to aid in the design, implementation and evaluation of compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
  • Knowledge of salary planning tools and methods, job evaluation techniques, and market salary trends; ability to design and implement salary programs.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP including Business Warehouse reporting.
  • Use of compensation administration systems.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $75,000.00 to 85,000.00 depending on experience
