The position combines strong analytical work with clear, stakeholder-focused reporting to support HR and business leaders.

The successful candidate will be data-driven and confident translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.

This opportunity is well suited to someone building their expertise in compensation analytics, who can independently manage defined workstreams while collaborating effectively within a global, matrixed team based in Kraków.

Global compensation analytics & insights

  • Support the delivery of compensation analytics across regions (e.g. pay structures, pay equity, benchmarking, reward cycles).

  • Analyse large, multi-country datasets to identify trends, outliers, and potential risks related to internal equity, market competitiveness, and cost impact.

  • Support global initiatives such as pay transparency, market pricing, and job architecture analytics by preparing data and insights.

Reporting, dashboards & automation

  • Build and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc compensation needs.
  • Use Excel and BI tools (and approved automation features where available) to improve speed and accuracy of analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or automate recurring reporting and analytics.

Stakeholder support & responsiveness

  • Provide analytical support to Total Rewards leaders, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive requests and coordinate across projects with strong prioritization and judgement.
  • Translate technical analyses into clear summaries for stakeholders.

Reward processes & governance

  • Support annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, incentives, benchmarking) by preparing data, running validation checks, and producing standard analytical outputs.

  • Support job evaluation, market pricing, and structure analysis by gathering inputs, completing initial analyses, and preparing recommendations for review.

  • Follow internal governance standards and applicable local requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate handling of sensitive compensation data

Essential requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality insights within deadlines.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs, market benchmarking, or reward analytics.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas; experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely to HR and business stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Fluent English skills and the ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization.

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work independently within a Global Compensation Team.
  • Valuable hands-on experience in compensation, people analytics, and data-driven HR decision-making
  • Exposure to global compensation programs, market benchmarking, and analytical projects across EMEA and international teams
  • Comprehensive onboarding and training to support professional growth and development
  • Hybrid work model with at least 2 days in the office
  • Benefits package including private life insurance, private medical care, and a Multisport card
