The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for compensation analysis and project management related to Mitsubishi Power’s annual compensation cycle and programs. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure Mitsubishi Power’s total rewards plans are market competitive and equitable. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmark roles to market.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for MPWA’s compensation management software.
  • Support annual compensation processes including annual salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Support development of compensation communications and tools to help employees understand their total rewards package.
  • Perform analysis on current and future compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and as well as internal and external competitiveness and equity.
  • Partner with Human Resource and cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide compensation projects and initiatives.
  • Support and enhance monthly human resources reporting.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Statistics or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in analytical, math, or human resource’s analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience with compensation management software is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other similar HRIS software.
  • Familiarity with data-driven creative optimization and performance reporting.
