The role is part of the core Total Rewards team and involves partnering closely with senior leadership across compensation, sales incentives, executive performance management, wellness, and analytics. The incumbent will drive strategic and operational initiatives that enhance reward effectiveness, governance, employee experience, and business alignment across global teams.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles including compensation, wellness, incentives, and performance management
Knowledge of sales incentive plan design concepts and governance mechanisms
Understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, market positioning, and annual compensation cycles
Knowledge of executive performance management frameworks and governance practices
Familiarity with employee wellness administration
Understanding of payroll, taxation, and compliance considerations related to rewards programs
Knowledge of HR analytics, dashboards, and data interpretation techniques
Awareness of HR systems, compensation tools, and reporting platforms

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Incentives
Design, implement, and administer sales incentive plans
Interpret incentive policies and resolve scenarios not explicitly covered within existing frameworks
Partner closely with sales leadership and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of plans
Support governance, communication, and process improvement initiatives related to incentives
Wellness
Manage global employee wellness programs including insurance administration
Drive awareness and adoption of existing offerings
Identify, evaluate, and implement new employee wellness programs with focus on employee value
Executive Performance Management
Manage performance management processes and governance for VP & above employee population
Ensure consistency, governance, and timely execution of executive performance cycles
Partner with HR and leadership stakeholders on performance-related discussions and decision-making
Compensation
Support annual compensation processes including salary revisions, benchmarking, and salary range management
Participate in compensation analysis and market benchmarking activities
Support compensation governance and decision support for leadership stakeholders
Analytics
Generate dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights across compensation, benefits, and incentives
Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and meaningful visualization of reward metrics
