Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential non‑medical support that helps clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering medication reminders and safety support
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
• Working one‑on‑one in clients’ homes with varying shifts and schedules

Every Caregiver plays a vital role in improving the daily lives of our clients and their families.Caregiver Requirements

We welcome experienced Caregivers as well as individuals who are new to caregiving and eager to learn.

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for your training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others
