  • Act as a trusted adviser to Board and Committee Chairs, Directors and senior executives on governance, fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage annual Board and Committee calendars, agendas, meeting papers, minutes, resolutions and action tracking.
  • Oversee statutory compliance and regulatory obligations, including APRA, ASIC, ATO and ASX-related requirements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the trustee governance framework, including charters, policies and delegations.
  • Oversee governance-related regulatory filings, notifications and reporting obligations.
  • Support Board effectiveness reviews, fit and proper assessments, and governance improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute governance inputs to annual reporting and other key corporate governance disclosures.

What you bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

  • Ability to provide pragmatic governance advice to Boards, Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience preparing high-quality board papers, agendas, minutes and governance documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated environment.
