BangkokEnsure compliance with SEC/SET regulations while supporting Board governance, regulatory reporting, and company secretarial activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant SEC/SET regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance practices
• Coordinate and support regulatory filings, reports, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate submission
• Support and coordinate Board of Directors, committee, AGM/EGM, and related corporate meetings in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, resolutions, and related governance documentation
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide coordination/support regarding governance and compliance matters
• Liaise with regulators, external parties, directors, and internal stakeholders on company secretary and governance matters
• Support implementation and improvement of governance processes and internal controls related to Company Secretary function
