Job Description

Our client, a trust and corporate services provider is seeking a Part-time Company Secretary for up to 3 days per week. The main responsibilities will include:

  • Offer company secretarial services and assistance to both local and international clients for the incorporation of Hong Kong and offshore private companies
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions, arrange annual returns, and handle other filings to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Edit and update corporate documents
  • Support various ad-hoc projects as needed

To qualify, candidates must be a university graduate and an Associate member of HKCGI or equivalent and have at least 3-5 years' relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with student membership to HKCGI or equivalent would be considered. Candidates must possess excellent written and spoken English whilst a first or second Asian language capability, such as Thai or Chinese would be a big bonus.
