Job Purpose

To support the Secretarial and Legal function by ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws. The incumbent will assist in maintaining corporate governance standards, managing statutory records, and coordinating Board and Committee activities during the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Company Secretary

Experience

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in Company Secretarial and Corporate Compliance.

Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High ethical standards and integrity.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet statutory deadlines.

  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
