Job Description

Our client is a practicing accounting firm providing “one-stop” professional services.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, and other professional advisors and various government authorities / regulators.
• Assist the CS manager and supervisor in handling all company secretarial duties.
• Maintain and update the statutory records as required under the Companies Ordinance.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Company Secretarial or related discipline.
• Student member of HKICS is an advantage
• At least 1-2 years’ working company secretarial experience in professional firms
• Mature, meticulous, efficiency, proactive, self-motivated and well organized.
• Knowledge in CSA Software is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Good communication of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Associate.
