Job Description

Our client operating in high growth markets across Asia, generating revenues in excess of HK$90bn and with over 20,000 employees. Their core businesses include distribution of automobiles, heavy machinery and power systems; property development and investment; general trading and financial investment and services, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Company Secretarial Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Group Legal and Company Secretarial Department
  • Simple drafting and reviewing the facilities and bank opening documents
  • Coordinate compliance training and materials
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder, major in corporate administration and/or corporate governance or related discipline
  • Associate Member of HKICS/ICSA is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in company secretarial field, preferably in professional firms
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC operation including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Power Point.
