Here’s what you’ll be doing:✅ With assistance from members of the team being point of contact for Manchester office ✅ Managing members of the team ✅ Ensuring companies abide by their statutory obligations, including ensuring that all statutory filings are made in a timely manner ✅ Drafting ad hoc minutes when required ✅ Ensuring the companies registers are kept up to date and actively maintained as required✅ Dealing with correspondence received from third parties✅ Liaising with clients and colleagues and responding to queries and request in a timely manner ✅ Assisting with ad-hoc project and other such tasks as required ✅ Working closely with other offices and departments as required
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team, bringing strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service This is an exciting opportunity for someone with CGI qualifications and/or relevant experience who is looking to grow their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
📚 CGI qualification and/or relevant industry experience
💻 Proficiency in Diligent software
🔍 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
📈 Technical knowledge of share transactions
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🤝 A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
📋 The ability to manage workloads effectively and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
👥 Experience supporting and guiding junior team members
Additional Information:
💼 Previous experience within the financial services sector is desirable
