Job Description:
Level Up is looking for a
Company Nurse
who will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and overall wellness of employees. The role will manage the company clinic, provide immediate medical assistance, support occupational health and safety programs, monitor employee illnesses and work-related incidents, and ensure timely submission of required health and safety reports. The position will also assist in implementing company-wide medical programs and employee wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage the company clinic, including the availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.

• 
  Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees when needed.

• 
  Implement employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives.

• 
  Monitor employee illnesses and health concerns and coordinate with HR for appropriate action.

• 
  Prepare and submit timely reports on work-related accidents, injuries, and illnesses.

• 
  Assist HR in the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation to
  DOLE
  .

• 
  Coordinate and assist in conducting annual medical examinations and random drug testing.

• 
  Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.

• 
  Support workplace health and safety programs and other occupational health initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in
  Nursing
  .

• 
  Must be a
  Registered Nurse (RN)
  .

• 
  At least
  2 years of relevant work experience
  in a similar position.

• 
  Preferably with
  BOSH, First Aid, and/or Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)
  certification.

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer operations.

• 
  Preferably with experience working as an
  onsite nurse in a construction environment
  .

• 
  Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• 
  Ability to handle medical concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

• 
  Available to start immediately
  is highly preferred.
