The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will c ollaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational plans, supporting the factorymanager in implementing strategic objectives and translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans, with clear and measurable targets, andmanage the forecasting process also analyze production and financial data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. You will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, maintaining transparency and supportingstrategic decisions also implement and monitor internal controls to protect factory assets and ensure compliance with financial
policies.
3. You will identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities, taking proactive steps to minimize exposure and manage budgets, drive productivity optimizations, and focus on cost structure improvements for greatercapital efficiency.
4. You will plan and monitor cash flow, implementing actions to enhance net working capital and overall financialhealth.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP) as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel forfinancial analysis.
4. Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and financial risks, ensuring adherence tointernal policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Strong ability to prepare detailed financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance withstandards, including IFRS.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with various departments, driving implementation ofstrategies and performance improvements.
