ABOUT
THE JOB

Ceva seeks applicants for the
full-time position of Companion Animal Marketing Manager in
the Commercial Directory of Ceva’s Phlyaxia Commercial offices in
RiverPark Office Building (Budapest 9th district). This is a hybrid role that has home office opportunities of up to (10) days a month.

The Companion Animal team manages the sales,
marketing, and distribution of companion animal health products across
veterinary practices, retail chains, and e-commerce channels. We represent
leading global brands such as Vectra 3D, Feliway, and Douxo S3,
alongside prescription veterinary medicines for cardiology, pain management,
and other therapeutic areas, helping bring innovative healthcare solutions to
veterinarians and pet owners.

WHAT
YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the National Sales
Manager, the Marketing Manager for the Hungary Companion Animals Business Unit
is responsible for executing and activating regional brand strategies at the
local market level. This hands-on role focuses on the successful delivery of
marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, retail and eCommerce
activation, and the coordination of external agencies. While the regional
marketing strategy is developed centrally, the Marketing Manager ensures its
effective, high-quality, and timely local implementation through close
cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR DAY
TO DAY

• Execute and localize regional marketing strategies and campaigns for the Hungarian Companion Animals market across online, offline, retail, and eCommerce channels.
• Coordinate campaign implementation with agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality marketing materials.
• Manage and update local digital platforms, including websites and promotional content, and support the rollout of new digital solutions.
• Support retail and eCommerce activation activities with key partners to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect market insights, support budget tracking, and share results with local and regional teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Regulatory, Technical, and Regional Marketing teams to drive successful brand execution.

profile :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution
• Strong project coordination and execution skills
• Experience working with eCommerce & Retail or Vet marketing
• Veterinarian background is a plus, not a requirement
• Fluent Hungarian and English
• Structured, proactive, open-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix organization
