THE POSITION

Provides essential support to CA BU (Companion Animal Business Unit) within an organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to strategic goals

*Contract ends : Jan 8th 2027

Tasks & responsibilities

• Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication flow within the unit and with other departments.
• Document Management: Maintaining and organizing important documents, files, and records related to the business unit.
• Report Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for unit meetings and management.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes within the unit.
• Financial Support: Assisting with expense reports, budget tracking, and other financial tasks as needed.
• Meeting Coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including booking venues, arranging refreshments, and preparing materials.
• Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in relevant systems and databases.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and business-level proficiency in English
• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience required
• Bachelor's degree or administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in documentation and data management using Excel
• Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability
