Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. leave requests, from initial notification to returning to work (FMLA, ADA, Short/Long Term Disability, state specific programs, etc.)
  • Interpret and apply U.S. federal and state law, particularly FMLA, ADA, and STD as well as company policies
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of leave entries and case documentation
  • Advise employees and managers on leave options, eligibility, and rights
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and third-party administrators

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences
  • Two (2) years of human resources experience, specifically in leave administration, preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment/leave of absence laws (i.e., FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS or leave management systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality
