COMOS Administrator Level 1

Location: Chemiepark Marl, NRW, Germany
Preferred area: Marl / Dortmund / Essen / Duisburg
Work model: Hybrid, with 2 days/week on-site
Project duration: Long-term, minimum 3 years

Our client is looking for a COMOS Administrator Level 1 to support the daily operation of the client’s COMOS database at Chemiepark Marl. The database was developed and implemented by AMR and is managed under a long-term Master Service Agreement.
The selected candidate will act as AMR’s local representative at the client’s site, working closely with the AMR COMOS team in Austria.
Main Responsibilities
  • Daily administration and support of the client’s COMOS database.
  • First-level COMOS user support for the client’s employees.
  • Act as local point of contact for COMOS-related topics.
  • Coordinate technical issues and escalations with the AMR COMOS team in Austria.
  • Support correct and efficient use of COMOS on site.
  • Document and follow up on user requests and operational issues.
Requirements
  • Solid COMOS administration knowledge, ideally Siemens COMOS Administrator Level 1
  • Experience with COMOS databases in an industrial, engineering, chemical, or plant environment.
  • Ability to provide first-level support and coordinate with senior specialists.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
  • Based near Marl, Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg, or willing to commute.
  • Availability to work on site at Chemiepark Marl 2 days per week
  • English required; German is a strong advantage.
