, Full-Time, Day shift, $17.10 an hour
Flexible schedule varies mostly Monday-Friday, and on-call rotation
Community-based role (homes and community settings)
Support adults with disabilities in daily living and community integration
Assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, and skill-building
Promote health, safety, and independence
Support medical appointments and medication coordination
Complete accurate documentation and case notes
Serve as an advocate and role model
Provide guidance and supervision to staff as needed
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test (provided)
Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
Basic computer skills
Preferred:
Degree in a related field
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
