We’re looking for caring, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our Supported Living team as Community Support Workers, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs.

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live meaningful, independent lives within their own homes and communities.

No two days are the same—but your role may include:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting)
  • Encouraging independence and choice in all aspects of life
  • Supporting with personal care (where required, with dignity and respect)
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Helping individuals access the community, activities, and social opportunities
  • Promoting positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing
  • Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
