Schedule
The candidate will have the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will work in collaboration with the Program Manager/Program Director to create a schedule that may include morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications· Must be over the age of 18 years.· Must successfully clear a DHS background check· Must have a current driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record determined by Pinnacle Services policy in order to use personal vehicle to transport clients, as needed· Must be patient, compassionate, flexible, dependable, and have a passion for helping others · Must be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and able to form trusting relationships with individuals served.
Preferred candidates: Have experience working in a personalized one-on-one setting, working with persons served who have mental and developmental disabilities and to be accountable while working independently.
