Job Responsibilities :

Razer Game Services is seeking a passionate and collaborative Community Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in building and nurturing thriving online communities for our games. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to engage with players directly, foster a positive and inclusive environment, and drive player loyalty through a variety of community-building initiatives, including livestreaming and in-game events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community strategies to drive player engagement, loyalty, and retention.

  • Manage community interactions across key platforms including social media, forums, Discord, Twitch, and other community channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

  • Actively engage with players through livestreams, community discussions, and in-game activities to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Plan and execute community events, contests, and campaigns to increase player participation and excitement.

  • Monitor community health metrics such as engagement, sentiment, and player feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Manage community issues and sensitive situations with clear and empathetic communication.

  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure community insights support product development and marketing strategies.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in community management and player engagement.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology and online communities.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
