Job Description


Our client, a fast-growing skincare/beauty brand, is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Community & Social Media Manager to manage and grow its digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, brand storytelling, lead generation, and platform growth. This role requires someone who understands beauty/skincare audiences, stays ahead of digital trends, and can convert engagement into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

*Content Creation & Management
-Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals
-Script, coordinate filming, edit, caption, and publish content
-Create reels, carousels, static posts, and stories
-Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
*Community Management
-Respond to comments, DMs, and audience enquiries promptly
-Manage community interactions across social platforms
-Build strong relationships with followers and customers
*Social Media Growth
-Grow Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube platforms
-Monitor trends and pitch relevant content ideas weekly
-Drive engagement and increase brand visibility
*Lead Generation
-Create content strategies that drive product inquiries
-Support conversion efforts for products/services/programs
-Track social media-generated leads
*Reporting
-Develop bi-weekly content calendars
-Provide monthly analytics reports and recommendations
*Brand Representation
-Attend occasional brand activations, events, and content shoots
-Support live content creation during activations


Requirements


- 3+ years experience managing social media for brands
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Strong Canva and CapCut skills
- Experience using social media scheduling/reporting tools
- Strong communication and community management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts
