Community Services Traineeship (Certificate III) x 2 Positions

Location Liverpool or Campbelltown

Duration Full-time, 12-month fixed term with the potential for extension

About the Role:

This full-time traineeship is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to build a career in Community Services. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while completing your Certificate III in Community Services, gaining hands-on experience in supporting individuals and engaging with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting participants upon their arrival

• Assisting participants with scheduling appointments, job search, and any general enquiries

• Entering data into various systems

• Drafting resumes for participants

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies and procedures

• Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, inbound and outbound calling

About You:

• Enthusiastic about helping others and making a difference with a people-focused approach

• Eager to learn and committed to completing the Certificate III in Community Services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, reliable, and a team player

• Professional and friendly phone manner

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, online forms)

• No prior experience required

• Recent HSC graduates are encouraged to apply

• Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary

• Be eligible to work in Australia

• Be able to work full-time hours onsite, Monday to Friday

Eligibility

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must:

• Hold Australian work rights

• Not already hold a qualification equal to or higher than Certificate III in Community Services

• Be able to commit to full-time work and study
