Join our team as a Community Resources Manager and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and support for resident-focused programs and services while creating opportunities for engagement, connection, personal growth, and an enhanced quality of life.

You’ll serve as a key resource for residents, helping bring their ideas to life through new activities, events, organizations, and programs both within and outside of the community. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys building relationships, developing creative programs, and helping residents live fulfilling, active lives.

Compensation: $67,000 - $72,000 annually plus an annual performance-based bonus.

How you will make an impact

  • Serve as a primary resource for residents interested in developing new activities, events, clubs, and organizations.
  • Provide leadership and support for Resident Services, Community Resources, volunteer programs, wellness and fitness initiatives, and other resident-focused programs.
  • Maintain and distribute electronic and paper-based calendars, event listings, and activity information to residents.
  • Facilitating communication regarding activities/events to residents through bulletin boards, display cases, and other channels
  • Educating new residents on the purpose of Community Resources
  • Maintain appropriate records and track statistics associated with resident participation in activities.
  • Collaborating with Catering Manager and other departments to coordinate space for events

What you will need

  • Minimum 3 years related experience (volunteer or public service).
  • Experience with the senior population preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
