Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Community Resource Coordinator to support the daily operations of a Goodwill Community Resource Center. This role is key in welcoming clients, coordinating intake and referral services, supporting recruitment efforts, and delivering digital training and assessments. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, community resource knowledge, and the ability to manage accurate documentation while supporting Goodwill's mission of creating opportunities and strengthening the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of a Goodwill Community Resource Center.
  • Greet clients professionally and provide a welcoming, supportive environment.
  • Conduct intake services to assess wrap‑around service needs for consumers and families.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records and case documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and outreach as needed.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date directory of referral agencies and community resources.
  • Ensure documentation and recordkeeping comply with agency guidelines, contractual requirements, and CARF standards.
  • Deliver digital training services and proctor assessments and certifications, as applicable.
  • Provide excellent customer service to consumers, families, and community partners.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of training programs and community‑based employment or support services.
  • Typing proficiency of 35–50 words per minute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet‑based tools.
  • Strong active listening and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with consumers, families, and community agencies.
  • Experience maintaining accurate consumer records and case management notes.
  • Clear verbal communication skills and professional written correspondence.
