What’s on offer?
We’re looking for a Community Relations Coordinator to join our Fulton Hogan Construction team and support the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is an important role where you’ll help ensure communities and stakeholders are well-informed, engaged and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with the project team, you’ll play a key role in managing communication activities, responding to enquiries and helping maintain strong, trusted relationships with the communities we work in.

We’re looking for a Community Relations Coordinator with experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, communications or a similar role, ideally within construction, infrastructure or a related environment.
You’re organised, proactive and confident working across multiple priorities. You understand the importance of clear, timely communication and take pride in ensuring stakeholders are informed and supported.
You build strong relationships, communicate openly and approach conversations with empathy and professionalism. You’re comfortable engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including community members, clients, contractors and government agencies.
You take a customer-first approach and are focused on delivering positive outcomes for both the project and the community. Supporting open, transparent engagement and building trust is key to your success in this role.
