You will be an experienced, multi-skilled community Registered Nurse.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
The role
You’ll help by providing wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care, administering medications and injections, and providing chronic disease management to clients in their own home covering the Blacktown NSW. This is a part time permanent role offering 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 2pm each day) 36 hrs a fortnight.
Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families, other clinicians and the wider Silverchain care team is vital for this role.
